We can organise a visit to our farm for your school group.

Our school visit sessions can be tailored to your needs and are suitable for all ages and abilities including SEN visits.

Arrive on our farm & receive a short health & safety briefing about how to stay safe on the farm and other important information
Learn about how to look after alpacas and get involved completing daily husbandry tasks around the farm.
Meet our alpacas and learn about their behavior and biology.
Learn about the health of alpacas and how to keep alpacas happy and healthy on the farm.
Learn about alpaca diet and help feed the alpacas
Join our alpacas for a meet & greet experience or a walk - depending on the age of the children and the size of the group.
Upon return to the farm feed your new alpaca best friend their favourite treats.
Children can bring a packed lunch along to the visit to consume on site in our designated picnic area.

If a school visit to our farm is not possible why not let us bring our alpacas to your school?

Our School visits are for 1.5 hours and time with the alpacas can be split across multiple classes so that a large number of children can meet the alpacas.
We offer special packages around Christmas when the alpacas can be dressed in reindeer antlers or Christmas hats for special Christmas photos.
Children can have the opportunity to feed, pet, stroke and learn about the alpacas.
2-4 alpacas on each visit and 2 members of staff to accompany the alpacas.
Children would need to be split into groups of 15 and take it in turns to meet and fuss the alpacas in smaller groups.
