ALPACAS & PUMPKINS 2024

Due to popular demand this halloween we are excited to announce that we will be hosting ALPACAS AND PUMPKINS at our own farm, Wetley Moor Alpacas in Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire.

Tickets Available NOW! 

Bring your wellies and your waterproofs and head to our pumpkin patch with over 2000 pumpkins to choose from. Meet the Wetley Moor Alpacas and have chance to get up close, meet and feed them in our arena. 

We will also be offering mini alpaca treks around the moor for a supplementary fee. 

There will be other small animals for you to meet, face painting, alpaca & pumpkin crafts, photo opportunities, food and drinks on site, and an undercover seating area if the weather isn't on our side.

SEN Quiet Session

We will be hosting a special SEN quiet day for our event on Tuesday 29th October 

 

This date will have a smaller number of guests than on other dates of our event and is best suited to gets with SEN and their families.

IS THERE PARKING ON SITE?

Parking is on site and is free to all guests. Please be aware parking is limited but there will be parking attendants to help you find a space. 

DO ALL ATTENDING GUESTS NEED A TICKET?

Everyone that is visiting the farm will need a ticket including all adults. Under 2's go free but must have a ticket which can be booked online. Tickets are limited each day so please book these in advance to avoid disappointment.

IS THE SITE ACCESSIBLE FOR PUSHCHAIRS AND WHEELCHAIRS?

Please be aware the pumpkin patch is in a field and is a short distance walk away from the car park. The field in places may be uneven and bumpy and may not be suitable for pushchairs or wheelchairs. The majority of the rest of the site is on level ground and is accessible for wheelchairs and pushchairs.

ARE THERE TOILETS ON SITE?

Toilets are available on site but please note these are portable facilities for this event. There will be an accessible toilet available with baby changing facilities.

CAN WE BRING OUR OWN FOOD?

You are more than welcome to bring your own food and there will be seating areas both under cover and outdoors that you are welcome to use. There will also be food and drinks available to purchase on site.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT IS RAINING?

Under most circumstances the pumpkin patch will still be open. Please make sure that you dress appropriately to pick your pumpkin, wellies and waterproofs will be your best option in poor weather conditions. There will be undercover areas that you will be able to use to seek shelter if there is a downpour.

CAN WE ARRIVE AT ANY TIME?

You will need to book a time slot and will need to arrive between these times. You can stay for as long as you like within your time slot but must leave by the end of the time slot to allow space for the next group to arrive and pick pumpkins. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Ticket includes 1 pumpkin per paying ticket holder. 

Under 2's Go Free but this does not include a pumpkin. 

Additional Pumpkins can be purchased on the day. 

Mini Alpaca Treks and Face Painting incur a supplementary charge

No Dogs Allowed

Tickets are only valid for the date & time slot stated on the ticket. Entry on other dates or times is not permitted. 
In the event of bad weather, the pumpkin patch will remain open. Please bring suitable clothing and shoes for an outdoor event in a potentially muddy field.

Changes cannot be made to bookings. 
No refunds or any other compensation will be issued for cancellations by you if you can no longer attend the event.
From time to time, it may be necessary for us to change or cancel confirmed bookings and we reserve the right to do so. Should a change or cancellation be required, we will endeavor to tell you as soon as possible. If there is reasonable time, you will have the option to accept the amendment for example to change your ticket(s) to a different time or date. If not, we will issue a full refund.
